Earth Boss and Earth Bar:

Materials:

• Stainless Steel 316L and Stainless Steel 317L for the earth boss and fasteners (bolt, washer, spring washer).
• HDHC flat tinned copper earth bars.

Fasteners:

• SSA4-80 in M8 / M10 / M12 (metric) or 5/16” / 3/8” / 1/2” (imperial), as well as any other sizes upon request.
• Includes star washers, flat washers, hex locknuts, and flame-resistant, self-extinguishing UL94-V0 polyamide insulators.
• Insulated up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC, suitable for up to 600 amps.

Earth Bars:

• Up to 50-way configurations, stocked for quick delivery.
• Standard hole centers: 35mm and 50mm for metric, 1-1/4” and 2” for imperial.
• Bars made from 50 x 6 mm or 2” x 1/4” HDHC flat tinned copper, with a 300mm² cross-section.
• Tin-plated bars as standard; untinned copper bars available upon request.
• Operating temperature range: -20°C to +130°C.

Customization:

• Non-standard hole centers (20mm, 55mm, 60mm, 100mm) available.
• Custom material sizes (e.g., 100 x 10 Copper for 2000A, 25 x 6 Copper for 300A).
• Custom bolts (M6, M12) and other materials can be provided upon request.

Earthing Connector with Removable Stem for Duct Joint:

• Rigorously tested and certified to meet high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manufactured using SS316L; alternative materials such as Copper Tinned, SS317, and SS317L available upon request.
